Individual Credentials
Church Affiliation
Note: All dues and required documents must be submitted to complete the application process.
- Ordination, General, or Exhorter License: $85 first year | $80 annual renewal
- Husband/Wife (Combined): $135 first year | $120 annual renewal
- Annual Expiration Date: Individual Credentials expire on February 25.
- New Members: Dues are prorated at renewal for terms under 11 months for new members only.
Church Affiliation
- Annual Expiration Date: Affiliations expire on June 25.
- New Members: Dues are prorated for terms under one year for new members only.
