Membership and ministerial credentials with GMCI is by application only.

Ministerial recommendation is required. If the applicant does not have a current GMCI member as a sponsor, other references may be used.

It is requested that each GMCI member accept and abide by our Statement of Faith and Ministerial Code of Ethics.

You may request an INFORMATION PACKET by email to be sent to you by regular post or you may download and print the application for the type of affiliation you are wanting and mail it to the GMCI office. Downloading the information and application will save time for you and expense for GMCI. See the tabs to the left side of this page for the applications and supporting forms.

Information packets are only sent within the USA and Canada. All parties outside of the US and Canada that are interested in membership must use the ONLINE FOREIGN APPLICATION.
